Seeking - the Perfect Chairs

The missing link for my dining room is a set of chairs. I've been using an old set of two chairs and it's simply not cutting it anymore. I'm really hoping to start hosting dinner parties at the condo, and I simply can't until we have proper seating for at least 4.

My table is very modern, but I have decided to pair it with something more traditional to give it a more eclectic look. These images from the beloved Domino were the source of my inspiration:

I've searched and searched and can't seem to find just the right ones. I've been so picky. I know my best resource would probably be thrift/vintage stores, but I don't have the patience to go as regularly as I should. Instead, I've been searching online. These from JCPenney seem to fit my vision and my budget the best (though they are still not perfect).

Should I just settle for them? Not sure what to do...

Just curious--how much are these 'imperfect' JC Penney chairs? I am not a big fan of settling for anything less than what you want but maybe a compromise will work. If your table seats say, 6, pick up 4 chairs that are readily available and keep looking for two perfect chairs to anchor the ends of the table.

onegrandhome - the chairs are pretty affordable, between $120-150 per pair. My current table only seats 4, which is why I am leaning towards not splurging until I have a more formal dining room. Actually, I love your suggestion about the two end chairs. Maybe I'll be able to use these 4 JC Penney chairs and splurge on those 2 when the time comes... thanks!
